Sunny Kotronas House with a view

This is our beautiful and sunny house in Kotronas. It is built according to traditional architecture, in an area of 5000 sq.m. It is located in front of the village beach which is sandy and ideal for small children.On the beach there are umbrellas and sunbeds for rent but also you can place your own. At 100m there are 2 restaurants with wonderful local delicacies and many sweets.Αt 500m there are 2 mini markets for fresh bread and milk or yogurt. The weather always is amazing. The space Our home is surrounded by olive trees, sun and sea and has all the amenities of a very comfortable house adapted to 75 sq.m. It has its own big courtyard which is equipped with dining area and earthen lounge chairs. There is also a barbecue. Comfortable parking space is available within the property. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and even a dishwasher. In the surrounding shops you can find fresh eggs and bread, vegetables and fruits and all the ingredients for cooking but also ready meals. All the shops on the beach deliver all the delicacies they make. The dining room in the courtyard is suitable for romantic dinners at sunset. The sheets and towels as well as all the clothing available are made of excellent 100% cotton materials and the pillows are feathery. There are feathery quilts too. All clothing is washed with special disinfectants against covid-19. The area is also disinfected each time it is cleaned. The whole house is made of the best materials and provides all the comforts for a carefree, safe, healthy and relaxing holiday. The view from the house is magnificent to the whole bay of the village, the sea and the mountains of the area . Now a confession from me : Our house is not built for only for rent. It's made for our family. It is a childhood dream that I realized and that I want to give to my child. My Nellie. So please keep it clean and don't ruin it. It is made up of two spaces. The basic space is 55 sqm and is configured with imaginary or natural partitions in a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and dining room.
