Guest access Lagunala is a collection of four independent holiday units and the common spaces are composed of a small garden, fire pit, bbq and secured parking. The property is gated. Other things to note Electricity, produced mainly by combustion of gas and heavy oil, is very polluting and costly because of our remoteness. For these reasons, we ask you to be considerate in your use of these resources and to reduce the environmental impact of your stay. When using air conditioning in bedrooms, please close all the doors and windows. Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not using the room. The housekeeper is instructed to turn them off in your place if you have not done so. Tumble dryers are not common in Mauritius as we have the beautiful sun shining bright and hot to dry our clothes. However we also get tropical rain showers (lasting sometimes no more than 5 mins) that can affect the drying of the clothes. Note that because of this we ask that you reuse your towels and linens as much as possible.
