Traditional House in Historical Center of Faro

Having a traditional house in the old town of Faro has been a dream and now the opportunity came! Travelling is one of my biggest passions and being able to share this space with travellers from all over the world will be a pleasure. The space This is a new Charming 1 bedroom traditional townhouse in the heart of the city of Faro, conveniently located in walking distance to: bus, train, ferry, small restaurants, shops, marina, etc (was just finished in the end of July 2018). Old restored furniture that belong to the house for many many years is mixed with new comfortable one, giving a special charm to the place. The property is all on the ground floor, where you can find a cozy living-room with TV with HBO, a dining-room, nice fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with air-conditioned that provides both cool and heat, 1 full bathroom and a small backyard with an outdoor shower (amazing for the hot days and after beach time :-) And in the first floor there is a terrace with table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals or just some sun:-) It's ideal for 2 persons, but acommodates up to 4 persons (there is a sofa-bed in the living-room). Bedding, bath towels, sun umbrella, hairdryer, air-conditioning (in the bedroom), etc, are also available in the house. The kitchen includes fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. In the inner patio you will also find a washing machine. The house was restored trying to keep as many original features as possible so be prepared to have the experience of staying in a real traditional townhouse in the old town of Faro. Other things to note - A baby-cot can be supplied with an additional cost of 30,00-Euros (only by pre-reservation, please ask about availability before making the reservation in Airbnb). - More Heating than what is advertised in the Airbnb is OPTIONAL and will have a cost of 0,21-Euros per KW used. According to Portuguese law, passport or ID card data of all guests must be provided upon arrival as such data has to be submitted to the Foreign Police (SEF). Our home is located in a hot climate with specific wildlife. Depending on the time of year and weather conditions, guests may encounter mosquitoes, gnats, lovebugs or other bugs. While we use regular pest control services, we are unable to offer guarantees against or refunds for the occasional bug that may make it inside.
