The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house with three other apartments, in the quiet village of Melin. There is a children's playground nearby, and the beach is only a 6-minute walk away. Next to it there are restaurants and a cafe bar, as well as a smaller amusement park. The city center is a 10-minute walk, a 6-minute drive, and a 5-minute bike ride. The house has a courtyard with a large wooden table, a fireplace for barbecue and facilities for children. Guests have free parking in front of the building.
