1 bedroom apartment on a half acre just .5 mile from downtown. Garage apartment is separate from main house and has gorgeous views and lovely gardens. Walking distance to many amenities including bakery, coffee shop and grocery. This is a 30 minimum stay. Fully furnished. No washing machine and dryer. 2 big fluffy dogs on premises. Downstairs is a garage that is used minimally. The space This apartment is fantastic: beautiful views, a clean well lit space, comfortable patio and well tended gardens make this space a great place to stay for a few nights or a few weeks. The space has an open floor plan, hardwood floors and a simple, uncluttered feel to it. Because we have 2 dogs on the property, we do not allow other pets. Guest access Queen sized Tempurpedic bed in bedroom, queen sized pull out couch in living room. Family of 4 can sleep comfortably in the apartment. It is not handicap accessible. The dogs are big and fluffy. They are Great Pyrenese mix. As dogs go, you can't get much gentler than that. If you are afraid of dogs or don't like them, this isn't an ideal rental for you. If you like to pet dogs that are as soft as bunny rabbits, you have come to right place.
