Located in a traditional neighborhood and one of the most central ones, but in one of the most quiet streets as well. The space The studio is located in the city center—just a 5-minute walk from the harbour—yet it remains completely quiet, hidden in a charming courtyard filled with orange and lemon trees. At 45 sq.m., it is bright, comfortable, and well-equipped. The double bed has a thick mattress and always fresh, clean linens. The bathroom includes a cabin shower, towels, and all essential toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the large wardrobe offers plenty of space for your belongings. In addition to the sofa, you’ll find two large, very comfortable armchairs with a reclining backrest, perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a coffee while connected to the fast Wi-Fi. On warm days, you can enjoy your breakfast in the garden, under the shade of the orange trees. And you’re always welcome to pick fresh oranges from the courtyard and make the freshest juice yourself. Guest access There are 6 steps in the outdoor area approaching the courtyard entrance, 3 steps at the entrance door of the courtyard, and 11 steps on the staircase leading to the entrance of the studio.
