The apartment is also fully air conditioned in the summer and warm and welcoming in the winter months. Other things to note **IMPORTANT** The apartment upstairs is being renovated. There may be some noise during the day. As of March 1, 2024, the municipality of San Donato has instituted a tourist tax. This will have to be paid in cash upon check-in.
