Relax on the rear deck or on the front deck with an outdoor dining setting & large four burner barbecue overlooking the beach and water. There is off street parking with room for a car and boat with a mooring out front. Front loader washing machine, dryer and retractable clothes line. (This is in addition to a minimum $300 property security bond which applies to all bookings, payable direct to the host.) Maximum 2 pets at any one property. Whilst some properties may have minimal quantities of toilet paper, washing powders & detergents, and soap; it is expected that guests will bring their own items for the length of their stay. Generally, nothing is provided in the way of food items. Guests need to bring their own tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and other food stuffs.
