The room has an open plan setting comprises of 2 beds (Double and single) which can accommodate 3 people, air-conditioned, en-suite toilet and shower, Fridge, Hairdryer, Water dispenser, Coffee and tea tray facilities also provided. There is a shopping mall about 5 minutes away from the house and has various fast food restaurants. It has easy public transport links to San Juan (surfing capital of the North) and Baguio City (summer capital). The space The property is tucked and hidden in an elevated area but quite near the sea and the city. It is ideal for travellers wanting to explore San Fernando or visiting San Juan and Baguio. Lorma Medical Center and CSI Shopping Mall is also around 5 minutes away from the house. Guest access Guests will have their own privacy in this part of the house.
