The space A five star Bicheno location: your backyard gate is just 57 paces down to the secluded, beautiful and protected Rice Pebble Beach. The Bungalow's large backyard, mostly lawn, lends itself to all sorts of outdoor activities for kids and adults to run around. Inside, the home is open plan (there's a ramp leading up to the home from the street, ideal for older folk or disabled) with terrific panoramic views of the coast and ocean. (The bungalow can sleep seven people comfortably, however if you are coming to Bicheno with a larger group you may want to consider also using our sister property across the road, Rice Pebble Cottage. The cute cottage can sleep four guests. This two-property arrangement is ideal for groups coming to town for special occasions or events. Whilst in a quiet suburban street, the property is an easy five minute stroll to the heart of Bicheno, with shops and cafes. It's also just three minutes walk from the famous Blowhole that lures visitors from around the world. Just turn left at our back gate and you'll be on a magical ocean-side foreshore walk around to the town. The bungalow has all new mod cons and fittings; we've just installed a brand new kitchen, including washing machine. The bedrooms sport comfortable beds (2 queens and 3 king singles), linen and lamps and there's ample storage space for clothes and belongings. The house is warmed and cooled with reverse cycle air conditioning. You can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine seated on the verandah looking out to sea! This is a magical place and we're sure you'll love it as much as we do. Guest access It's easy to park directly outside the house and along the street. You're also an easy stroll to the town, 4 or 5 minutes away. Other things to note Checkout time is strictly 10am. Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy (how you find it). Please leave the barbecue clean and ready for the next guests (how you find it). Otherwise, there will be an extra cleaning charge.
