The two bedrooms include a spacious beautiful bedroom with superking bed and a light comfortable twin bedroom in a lovely Georgian farmhouse, surrounded by garden. Ideal for couples, families, solo adventures and business travellers. Free Wifi and a generous off road parking. The house is surrounded by a 2 acre garden, and beyond are arable fields and meadows with livestock. The nearest sandy beach is only 5 minutes drive, as is a lovely 113 hectare wood and the Norfolk Broads 15 minutes. The space The two bedrooms include a spacious beautiful bedroom with superking bed and a light comfortable twin bedroom in a lovely Georgian farmhouse, surrounded by garden. There is also a large bathroom with a shower and a roll-top bath as well as a spacious sitting room, which you have exclusive use of. In the mornings a generous breakfast is served in the private dining room downstairs, looking out at the garden and the countryside beyond. Guest access You are welcome to have a stroll around the 2 acre garden, and there is garden furniture outside which our guests are welcome to use. Other things to note The breakfast includes creamy greek yoghurt, fresh melon, orange juice, water, semi-skimmed milk, cereals, granolas, home made bread, croissants, home cooked ham, emmental cheese, butter, home made jams and chutney, cafetière coffee and pot of tea. An alternative cooked breakfast is available for £8 per person per day, bookable during stay. This includes bacon, sausages, fried egg, hash browns, fried bread or French toast, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked beans. The vegetables are from a local greengrocers and the meat is from the local butcher. Also home made bread, butter, home made jams and chutney, cafetière of coffee and pot of tea.
