HERE IS THE SLEEPING ARRAGEMENT FOR 4 PERSONS: -2 SLEEP INSIDE THE BEDROOM, 3RD PERSON SLEEPS ON THE SOFA. 4TH PERSON SLEEPS ON AIR BED.  -MY CONDO IS ECOMICALLY AND REASONABLY PRICED FOR 2 PERSONS. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE 4 PERSONS IN MY CONDO, I DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THE 3RD AND 4TH PERSONS. I EVEN SUPPLY EXTRA PILLOWS AND BLANKETS FOR THE 3RD AND 4TH PERSONS FREE OF CHARGE. Proper fitness attires with sneakers only allowed inside the gym.  4) All 2 swimming pools open during 6am-8pm. Building B swimming pool is on 3rd fl., building A infinity veiw pool is on the 31st floor. 5) Day Lounge is on the 27th fl. of building B. Night Lounge is on the 31st fl. building A 6) Indoor children room is on the 3rd fl buliding B. Outdoor children playground is on the roof top of parking building7) Basketball court is on the roof top of parking building *****Food is strictly prohibited around the swimming pools. Only drinking water is allowed. *** Other things to note The water and electricity 100THB per day paying separated via airbnb or cash. This help a lot to guest who books long term as the commission fee from airbnb will calculate on top of total price. Then this separated paying will help guest save some significant service fee from airbnb.
