Centrally situated near Hilmteich (close to university, university hospital, leech forest). 2 minutes walk to tram No. 1, bus No. 58 and supermarket. The space Fully equipped incl. linen and towels. Almost no private stuff in the apartment apart from some books. Kitchen fully equipped incl. micorwave, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge incl. deep freezer. Other things to note Check-in is between 3pm and 7pm. In case you arrive later, we have to charge you 20 EUR extra. The main switch for the boiler is in the entrance and taped, so that it cannot be turned off accidentally and no more hot water is available. Water in Graz is very calcereous, so that in spite of a thorough cleaning after each stay lime spots might remain. If you detect such spots, please let us know and we will send the cleaning team again at our expense.
