Very Happy, Sunny, Humble Home!

This is a sunny home with a gunnite, salt water pool, a 10 minute walk from downtown Sag Harbor, across the street from Oakland Cemetery where many famous people are buried, including George Balanchine and Spaulding Gray. The neighbors are quiet, the yard is large, and there is off - street parking. If you want a cozy quiet get away, this is your sunny destination. Close to parks, dining, farmstands and both great nature walks and history walks. Outdoor shower. The space The house is small but because it is very sunny, it feels bigger. The downstairs bedroom is small but the upstairs bedrooms are a nice size, and the bathrooms are very roomy. Also, there were some comments posted by one past guest about "alleged" mold. To address this, I had the bathtub recaulked and touched up some of the paint in various places to ensure that the home feels clean. My housekeeper is SO fabulous, the home will feel very welcoming! Guest access Minimum five day stay. You will be able to access the entire house, yard, and pool. The only things you will not be able to access are the attic, one closet, and the ancillary outbuilding. There is a closet next to the kitchen with cleaning supplies and implements. The attic floor is not safe, so you should not try to access the attic. There is room in the driveway for two cars, and there is plenty of parking on the street. It is a short walk to town, and a short drive to the beaches. Other things to note I am going to leave a description of my antique windows. Some of them are very difficult to open, so if you try and cannot, you should not. Otherwise, you might break them. My description will include a list of the windows that are easy to open so you will have plenty of ventilation. There are air conditioners in all of the bed rooms, and a ceiling fan in the living room, all of which have kept the home very comfortable.
