Ideally located for exploring Cornwall, St Ives, Minack Theatre, the Lizard, St Michaels Mount, Poldark Country, Lands End and stunning gardens. Well equipped with off-road parking for 2 cars and cycle storage on request. Porthleven, Beach & Praa Sands are only minutes away, close to supermarkets. The space Our traditional cottage was built in 1860, in the small village of Breage. It provides a tranquil haven for your holiday in Cornwall. Our family home from home has recently been updated to suit a more informal contemporary relaxed coastal style. Quiet, cosy and very comfortable there is ample space for 6 people, a place to relax unwind and recharge, we love it and hope you will too. We are located in the heart of the village, with local pub (good beer, ale, and great food). The village store / post office is only 300m away. The cottage is well placed to explore beautiful coves such as Lands End, The Lizard Peninsula, Falmouth, St Ives, as well as the expansive Beach at Gwithian on the North Coast. The cottage is only 4 minutes drive to the traditional harbour of Porthleven, with acclaimed restaurants great cafe's and bars... a real foodies heaven. The Space includes: Outside Ample parking for two cars, lawned garden, outdoor dining and charcoal BBQ. Cycle storage available on request. Inside Kitchen - large and well equipped, the hub of the home has a gas fired Rangemaster cooker, retro fridge, dishwasher, microwave and Lavazza coffee maker. We provide the essentials to get you started, such as dish washer tablets etc. Separate utility area, with washing machine. There is also a shower room with thermostatic shower and toilet. Sitting Room The sitting room has a cosy woodburner for cooler evenings, comfy seating for six, smart TV, Blu-ray player with a selection DVD's and superfast fibre broadband. There is a spacious dining area with French door to outside. Upstairs Bedroom 1 Hypnos superking bed, (can be divided into 2 single beds request on booking), with soft duvets and sumptuous cotton linen. Bedroom 2 Hypnos kingsize bed, with soft duvet and sumptuous cotton linen. Bedroom 3 Two comfy single beds with soft duvet and cotton linen. Bathroom with large bath. We provide two Towels per guest per week. plus a spare incase you have to wash one, feel free to bring your own if prefer. We don’t provide beach towels or sports equipment. Guest access You have full use of the property including the garden. We will meet you at the property to show you around and answer and questions you may have. Other things to note The cost of heating and electricity are included in the price, we also provide a supply of dry logs to get you started - enough for approximately 10 hours of use.
