Roselinden Cottage is a beautifully refurbished holiday home with a bright, clean and modern interior, plus all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Perfectly located in the heart of Cornwall, it is an ideal base for couples exploring the county’s coast, countryside and attractions. The cottage is also well suited to guests visiting the area for a short business stay. The village has a friendly local pub and a traditional Cornish farm shop, making everyday essentials conveniently close by. The space We've created a modern yet comfortable space which is perfect for two people. There is a light and airy open plan living area, incorporating a newly fitted kitchen which includes fridge/freezer and a dishwasher as well as a separate utility room with washing machine and microwave. The open plan living room also includes a lounge with an eye catching barrel wood burner. The bedroom boasts a king size double bed, hairdryer and dressing gowns. Attached is the luxurious en-suite bathroom with a deep, double ended bath ideal for relaxing and unwinding. There is a separate walk in shower, toilet and vanity wash hand basin. The cottage is gas centrally heated and there is WiFi. There is plenty of space to park your car to the front of the cottage, with a bench against the wall to enjoy the last rays of sunshine. This cottage does not have a garden.
