Fisherman's house terrace and sea view- island Žut

The house is in the middle of bay where there are only two other houses.The house has two bedrooms, kitchen, terrace, an outdoor and indoor barbecue. The kitchen has a stove and gas refrigerator and one extra bed. Water free falling from the tank, which is filled with a hand pump . There is sufficient water but it must be rationally used. The private bathroom comes with shower. The water to use is perfectly clean rain water, and electricity is produced out of solar panels on the roof. The space The house is located on the island of ŽUT (archipelago KORNATI) in the bay Pristanište.In the neighbouring bay there is 2 restaurants - 2-3 min with a small boat or on foot.MARINA ŽUT (with restaurants, markets ) is about 20 min. with a small boat. Transport to the fishing house and back is organized by us, by boat (there is no public transport) and one-way journey takes about 2 hours, depending on sea conditions. It is possible to rent asmall boat(4.3m), (engine (URL HIDDEN) costs 28 EUR per day without fuel.
