The space Villa Kandija is located on a plot of about 1100m2 which is fully fenced and provides privacy. In the outer part there is a spacious swimming pool of about 45m2 (part of the pool adapted for smaller children), a playground for children, a green area and parking, a barbecue, sun loungers, a shower .... On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor there are two remaining bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned and there is a TV in each room.
