Thanks to its central location, it is the ideal starting point for visiting the most important places in Tuscany. Our company produces wine and has a small company restaurant. Linen is included in the price. The space The four-room apartment is on the first and second floors and consists of 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Room 1 has a double bed, room 2 has 2 single beds, room 3 is located on the second floor and has 2 single beds + a single sofa bed on the first floor, a kitchen with a table, chairs, stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. 3 bathrooms and a patio on the ground floor with a table and chairs. Ideal accommodation for large families or groups of friends. Free and private parking, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning. Swimming pool and garden shared with the other apartments. Bathroom and bedroom linen will be provided and included in the price. Pool towels are not provided. You will only have one change per week. There is the possibility of having additional changes to those provided free of charge for the stay; in this case there will be an additional cost of 10 euros per person.
