It is in a real neighborhood of Bangkok, Ari area is safe, nice and quiet by Bangkok standards. Ari is within central business district, with a blend of residential area and office buildings. From here it is easy to commute to all the places in Bangkok, Jatuchak market is only 2 BTS stations away, or 5 - 8 mins taxi ride. The property is a residential building with a good mix of both Thais and foreigners. 24 hrs. security, swimming pool, modest gym, and only a few steps from the main road, so taxi, took-tooks, or even taxi motorcycle are easy to catch.
