Located close to the golden beach, this house has rooms opening onto multiple terraces with gardens. The refreshing breeze from the sea and the surrounding greenery makes it an ideal place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city. The neighbourhood is quiet yet close to the highway and the sea. The bedrooms are well lit and airconditioned. There is a lawn in the front and ample car parking space for more than two cars. An art village is at a walkable distance from the house. The space The villa has a garden and a lawn in the front. A verandah facing the lawn is perfect to relax during the mornings. A spacious kitchen and dining/living area have a refrigerator, cooktop and basic utensils for light cooking. Other amenities include a microwave, kettle, washing machine, A television ( with Airtel subscription) Wifi internet, etc. Apart from that, there is a bookshelf which you can use during your stay. One room on the ground floor will be locked and won’t be accessible for the guests. The bedrooms are all on the upper floors and are air-conditioned. They have large windows bringing sufficient sunlight and ventilation. One large bedroom on the first floor has an additional single cot. The bedroom on the second floor opens out onto a terrace. And the bathroom for the same is situated on the terrace. All bathrooms have geysers attached. There are multiple terraces on top which act as a great gathering space and also to enjoy the sunset and the sea view. The caretaker’s family stays in an out-house near the gate. You can request their help for any assistance if needed. There is ample parking space for about two cars.
