Sunny room next to Plaza Olavide!

Great spacious room with double bed, desk, side table, built-in wardrobes and balcony in an unbeatable area, 1 minute from Plaza Olavide. You would share my house with me and my puppy Pintxo, we are very nice :) You will love this place and its location with lots of terraces and close to everything in one of the best neighborhoods in Madrid, in Chamberí. The space The house, about 60m, has two bedrooms, the room I rent and mine, a bathroom, kitchen and living room and has another balcony in it where you can have a coffee or whatever you want while contemplating the views. It is an apartment with a lot of light, very cheerful and cozy. The building is very quiet, with very good neighbors and is on the pedestrian side of the street. It is a high floor and has two elevators and a doorman who will help you with everything you need. Guest access The location of my apartment is very central and at the same time quiet, 10 minutes walk to Malasaña, 20 minutes to Gran Vía de Madrid, 20 minutes to Barrio Salamanca and 23 minutes to Sol. It has the Bilbao metro, (brown line 4), Quevedo (red line 2) and Iglesias (sky blue line 1) 5 minutes away on foot. There are two private car parks very close, one in Plaza Olavide itself and the other in Glorieta Bilbao, 3 minutes away on foot. It is next to Cardenal Cisneros street where you can find restaurants of all kinds of cuisines: typical Spanish, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, Egyptian, Colombian, pizzeria and the best breweries. Also next to Fuencarral street, which is a main street full of shops, cinemas and everything you need. The nearby supermarkets are Carrefour, Aldi and Mercadona, all 5 minutes away and there is also a neighborhood market 2 minutes away and another very cool one that is Vallehermoso, where you can have everything.
