A 21 sqm studio with sea view and a kitchen in an apartment building on the 9th floor at the entrance to Adler, the resort town district. For 1-2 guests. Chkalovsky and Prichal beaches, a swimming pool with heated sea water within a 10-minute walk. Nearby: • Oceanarium — 600 m; • Izvestia railway station — 1 km; • Dolphinarium — 1 km. By car: • 20 min from the airport; • 15 min from Adler railway station; • 20 min to Sochi and Imeretinka. By train from Izvestia station: • 40 min to Krasnaya Polyana; 30 minutes to Sochi. The space Bedding, linen and a set of towels are provided for each guest. On the day of arrival we leave: • tea bags, natural coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, sunflower oil; • Hygiene products, necessary household chemicals. The tap water is safe to drink, and there is a water filter. Guest access The Sea of Mountains studio overlooking the sea and the mountains is located in the 11-storey Malibu residential building at the entrance to Adler, the resort town district. The house has two elevators, each floor is equipped with a fire extinguisher, the apartments have a smoke sensor. Other things to note We have arranged self check-in. We do not meet guests.
