The space This guest house is located on a farm in a country setting adjacent to the main home with horses all around. Easy access to the expressway with lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes. Located halfway between Churchill Downs and the Bourbon Trail. Shuttle service can be arranged if you need a trip to the track or the trails..Lots of extras including a pool and a pond. We provide a few snacks and some breakfast food. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire guest house. Not wheelchair accessible. Other things to note The guest house is on the second floor. You will have to climb one flight of stairs to enter and exit. The step might be considered steep. No Children under 5 / pool on property, steps, and big pond . Pricing is different Derby week. Minimum of 3 day stay. When the pool is open ..There is no diving or glass allowed. Pool hours are from 8:00 AM till 10:00 PM. No loud partying is allowed .We always try to respect our neighbors.. An air mattress is provide for a 5 th person if needed .
