Comfortable, quiet room in beautifully restored Villa in the heart of Kreuzlingen. Excellent location, 500m from train stations, short walk to Konstanz, Seepark and the lake. The space Bright, well maintained apartment in a super location. Cosy, private bedroom, window shutters, ottoman style double bed with storage space underneath. Fresh linens provided. Shared bathroom with bath and shower, separate guest WC. Access to shared, fully equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar. Shared lounge leading onto small balcony, games, Bluetooth speaker and piano. Designated space for shoes and coats in hallway. Shoe free home. Guest access Your bedroom is private. All common areas are shared. Two rooms are private and strictly off limits. Open door policy: if a door is open, feel free to enter. Closed doors are respected as ‘do not disturb’. This does not apply to the entrance or balcony doors. In case of an emergency, the main door to the apartment should never be locked or have a key left in the lock. The building is secure from the main building doors on the ground and basement levels. Basement level laundry room with washer, dryer, clothes horse and drying lines. Deep sink for washing muddy shoes. Area behind the house to park and lock bicycle. During your stay Wherever possible we will try to be here to welcome you on your arrival. We talk you through the basics, answer any questions you may have, then leave you to settle in on your own time. My husband and I live on site and are always reachable by phone should you have any questions. We are always happy to help and hope to make your stay as effortless and comfortable as possible. Sometimes we are on site when guests stay, other times we may be working away. Usually at least one of us is here. We can recommend lovely restaurants and local places to go, many are published here in our guidebook. Otherwise, we leave you to your own devices so you can enjoy your stay in peace and discover your own favourites. Other things to note There are a lot of outdoor activities so don't forget to pack a beach towel with your swim things (house towels are not for outside). A picnic blanket also often comes in handy, we can lend you one whilst you are here. Konstanz & Kreuzlingen are easiest to explore on foot & get around by bike. The local transport networks for trains, boats and busses are all reasonable, reliable and connections are very close to the apartment.
