Lovely studio apartment with balcony in Nice

You will have a pleasant stay in a beautiful studio with balcony in a quiet area of Nice, between the old town and the hill. Ideal for 2 people (New sofa bed 2020). Many amenities are included, such as an ironing kit and a Nespresso coffee machine. Linens and towels will be provided. Free Parking in the building. The space Features enjoyed by my guests: - Well-appointed studio apartment with spinning balcony. - The studio is ideally located for visiting Nice and its surroundings, near the train station, the port of Nice, Place Garibaldi and Place du Pin. - Easily accessible, independant entrance (keys in a supermarket close to the appartment) and free parking in the building (place number 7 at -1, access by rue Scoffier). - Fully equipped linens, towels and a few coffee capsules will be provided. Other features to consider : - the check-in starts at 3pm until 6pm (COVID) and check-out is no later than 12 am on the day of departure. - You will have one set of keys at your disposal. You Will take them at avrora market at 29 rue arson. Be careful it close at 22 o clock - The accommodation does not have air conditioning.  Housing:  You will appreciate my place for its comfort and its location.  The studio can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor accessible by lift.  To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal :  - A friendly living room: sofa bed for 2 people, coffee table, television. A picture window gives access to the balcony. - A well-equipped kitchen area: a meal counter, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils. - A functional bathroom: shower cabin, sink, toilet, washing machine.
