The 2nd level bedroom has a twin bed and desk and fridge The bedroom has an attached full bath with shower/tub combo in that room. The laundry room is also on this floor and contains an extra large washer and dryer. The third floor has a guest room with a queen sized bed . The third floor has a full bathroom with shower. There is also loft room with a wet bar, queen sofa bed, and a patio with beautiful views of the front range on the top floor. Please ask about any special requests you may have. PET DISCLOSURE: A Cat lives in the basement when the homeowner is at the property but did not come on the areas accessible to guests. If you have allergies this property may not be the best fit.
