This listing is for the entire house where guests can enjoy the space privately without the host present. The space is great for groups, family gatherings, etc. (NO PARTIES AND ONLY 4 CARS ALLOWED). It includes 4 bedrooms (5 queen beds) and 2 full bathrooms. There is 2 living rooms, a full kitchen, laundry, cable (2 TV's), 5G wifi, and access to private pool (seasonal). Towels, hygiene items, and coffee are all included. Entire house bookings must be arranged in advance w/ a 2 night minimum The space has one-of-a-kind backyard access to a private heated pool which is great for hosting a group. This is open seasonally from approximately 5/20 to 9/7 pending weather. There is 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms available (with 5 queen beds total). Each bedroom and bathroom has a lockable door. *4 Queen beds are located in the 4 bedrooms. *1 additional Queen bed is located in the living room. *There is also three couches if needed. *Additional air mattresses or blankets can be provided upon request. Laundry is available. Other items available: Clothes hangers, iron, laundry soap, hair dryer, Coffee (Keurig with many pods to choose from), and Pool toys (basketballs, floating loungers, etc). Overall, the space is kept very clean and inviting. ENTIRE HOUSE booking means the guests have access to the entire house privately with no host or other guests on site. The entire house is 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but the master bedroom will be locked. Guests will have access to 4 of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms with no host or other guest interference. Guests can use the backyard, the deck, the grill, the pool, pool toys, games, and the parking area in front. NO MORE THAN 4 VEHICLES ALLOWED DUE TO NEIGHBOR RESTRICTIONS. VIOLATIONS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION, NEGATIVE REVIEW, FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT, AND OTHER POSSIBLE NEGATIVE ACTION. When booking the ENTIRE HOUSE, host is not on premises. Guests will have their own code to check-in. However, the host is generally just a text away if needed. South Fargo is a nice neighborhood with quite neighbors. You will often see kids playing down the street. The homes are all well kept. The property itself backs up to tennis courts, a track, and a school so there is no traditional neighbors to the rear. No parties are allowed as this will disrupt the neighbors and result in immediate cancellation, escalation of report to airbnb case manager, contacting of law enforcement, and potentialying other negative consequences. This is a personal residece. Treat it that way. The house is located in between the main North and South arteries of 25th St. South and University. There is easy access to I29 and I94. It is close to hospitals, convenience stores and Walmart. Fargo also has Uber, Lyft, and Taxis for easy trips to downtown, NDSU, or Scheel's Arena within 10 minutes or less. If any special requests are desired (extra air mattress, extra blanket) do not hesitate to ask. Any kids who desire to use the pool must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
