Perfect location for families with children. The free beach is right in front of the apartment, just cross the condominium garden! The space As you can already see from the photos, the apartment's location is magnificent! This is the apartment I live in when I stay by the sea, so I furnished it according to my needs and those of my family. The house consists of a large living room, furnished with a white modular piece of furniture and a TV corner, a round extendable table, two armchairs and a double sofa bed (140x200); a small kitchen with an electric hob, oven, washing machine and dishwasher; a large bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables and a 4-door wardrobe up to the ceiling; a small bedroom with a wardrobe bridge and two usable doors, a French double bed (140x200), a four-drawer dresser that is a single block with the desk; a bathroom with a sink, shower and bidet completely renovated in 2019. The balconies are one to the east, as access to the house, and one to the west (that is, the one facing the sea); the latter is equipped with three awnings, there are two tables with different chairs to be able to eat also on the terrace, both during the day and in the evening enjoying the magnificent view. Through the condominium garden you can access the free beach. In the garden there are two outdoor showers serving only the guests of the residence. An umbrella and two armchairs are provided for use on the free beach, in front of the apartment. The parking space is inside the residence, is closed by an automatic gate and is marked with the apartment number. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guest use!
