The CituSpace Cuzco apartments are located in the center of the Financial District. They are the perfect choice for corporate clients who need temporary accommodation in downtown Madrid, close to public transportation, shops and restaurants. All apartments have a balcony and are newly renovated with modern and functional furniture. There is a swimming pool in the building that is open during the summer months. Kitchen equipped with all the utensils: cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, and pans, Bedroom: sheets, towels. Weekly cleaning for stays +7 days with change of linen. Guest access The building has a seasonal swimming pool for a fee. Access and payment are managed with the building's concierge. Central air conditioning/heating system active only from 11am to 9pm. Other things to note Check-in is after 4:00 pm. Please confirm your arrival time to arrange the key exchange. CONCIERGE: From 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. We'll leave an envelope with your name on it at the concierge, but it's not always open. PICK-UP POINT: If the concierge is closed or if you arrive at a very tight time, we will indicate a pick-up point near the apartment. MEET & GREET: If it is not possible to arrange it this way and we need to hand over the key, additional charges may apply. LATE ARRIVAL: Please note that if you provide an arrival time and then arrive late, and we have to travel to give you the key, an additional fee will be applied depending on the day and time. Therefore, we ask for the utmost punctuality. The other option is to leave the key at the designated point to give you more flexibility. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS: If a booking is made less than 24 hours prior to check-in, there could be a delay in the check-in time in case the apartment is not yet ready.
