Lakefront 3 Bedroom House/Cottage Sanctuary

You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Tastefully decorated 3 bedrooms lakefront house on a 2 acre property. Equipped with swim spa, hot tub, bbq, volleyball set, trampoline, fire pit, pool table, wifi and Netflix. Note: Swim spa and hot tub is open all season! The space The property is big enough for your games or just having a bbq. Swim spa available. Lake scugog is not a swimmable lake. Guest access Whole house except there is a locked storage room inside the house and the two garages are off limits to guest. Other things to note Lots of things to do: billiard, volleyball set, hot tub/swim spa, fire pit, trampoline. Fireplace Use Our indoor fireplace is gas-powered. For safety reasons, it is inactive during the summer months and cannot be used. It will be available again during the cooler seasons. Please request swim spa to be pre heated upon arrival.
