The space The seaside Villa Rosa, 70m² recently renovated, combines both classic and modern architectural elements. Located in Chrani Messinia, 35 km from the county capital, Kalamata and just 40 meters from the beach - sea. Spread over an area of 2 acres with abundant Mediterranean flowers and trees. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 5 people, making it the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a beachfront getaway. ☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆ Step inside to find a spacious kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, toaster and 4 kinds of coffee makers (Filter, Nespresso, Italian Mokka Pot, Frappe Mixer), all designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We, also, offer the convenience of a washing machine right within the kitchen space. Whether it's a quick refresh of your beachwear or taking care of a week's worth of laundry, feel free to use it at your leisure and of course free of charge. While our bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for those warm Greek nights, the rest of the house, including the living room and kitchen, naturally stays cooler. And rest assured, even during the warmer months, our villa remains a refreshing oasis. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ There are two bedrooms that ensure comfortable accommodation for all guests. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the other bedroom is fitted with two semi-single beds. Both rooms boast large closets and ample storage, so you can unpack and feel right at home. Wake up to tranquil views of the lush backyard vegetation through your bedroom window, a peaceful start to your day. And for your ultimate comfort, both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool, pleasant sleeping experience even on the warmest Greek nights. In our commitment to your rest and relaxation, we've consciously kept our bedrooms free from electronics. Here, the bedroom is a sanctuary, a place to unwind, disconnect, and enjoy a restful sleep. The entire property is yours to enjoy, including the house, front and backyard garden, beach access and a barbecue area - perfect for entertaining or relaxing. You'll feel right at home as soon as you arrive. Please note that there is a small house located at the entrance of the backyard where the villa's owners, my parents, stay for a few days each week to maintain the garden and tend to the flowers. They are confined to this space and will not disturb your stay, giving you the privacy and peace of mind to fully enjoy all that the villa has to offer. ☆☆ WELCOME PACK ☆☆ At Villa Rosa, we believe in offering a warm welcome, and that begins the moment you step through the door. To help you settle in, we've prepared a thoughtful starter pack just for you. It includes essential supplies to kickstart your stay: • A dish sponge for any quick clean-ups. • Dish detergent to keep your plates sparkling. • Extra trash bags for your convenience. • Two rolls of soft toilet paper in the bathroom. • A selection of 2-3 laundry capsules to wash your clothes • A little bottle of Virgin Olive Oil harvested from our Olive Trees around the Villa. • Vinegar, Salt, Pepper We've got you covered for your first day, but for the remainder of your stay, we recommend visiting the local supermarket to stock up on any additional items you may need.
