Luxurious and rustic, this hilltop Cabin has breathtaking 270° views of Mt. Moosilauke and the Baker River Valley, 300 wooded acres/trails, and has 6 queen beds, 4 double-bed futons, and 2 twin beds. Please note that it shares the hilltop with another building, "Edith's Bunkhouse" which may be rented separately or occupied by family. Pat's Cabin has its own separate parking, lawn/event space, decks, and fire pit. Pat’s Cabin is a three-story log cabin with 8 sets of glass double doors opening onto 2 levels of wraparound decks. Amenities include 5 bedrooms, pool table, living/dining area with cathedral ceiling, loft, family room, four bathrooms, full kitchen, field-stone wood-burning fireplace, dedicated fiber internet with Wifi, and 3 flat screen TVs with streaming services (YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, etc.). The main level and bathroom is fully wheelchair accessible. It also has an extremely large parking area to accommodate multiple cars, trailers, boats, and RVs. IMPORTANT NOTE: For winter guests we strongly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles, or at the very least all-wheel drive with good winter tires, for our long uphill driveway. Please also note that Pat's Cabin shares the hilltop with another building, "Edith's Bunkhouse", which may be rented separately or occupied by family. Each residence has its own separate parking, lawns, decks, and fire pits. Main house full access for guests except locked office and storage closets. Jim is available to quickly handle all questions and support needs (reachable by phone, text, or email). In the beautiful small town of Warren, NH (real 73' tall Redstone Rocket, NH Fish Hatchery, Moose Scoops Ice Cream, Calamity Jane's Restaurant, Greenhouse Restaurant/Pub/Music Hall, Ore Mill Bar & Grille, local helicopter tours) and only a short drive to ski resorts and the prime tourist areas of Mount Moosilauke and the White Mountain National Forest. Excellent leaping off point to all the summer, fall foliage, and winter tourist attractions of northern NH/VT (e.g., Mount Washington, Franconia Notch, golfing, hiking, fishing, swimming, kayaking, whitewater rafting/tubing, helicopter tours). Located only 35 minutes from Franconia Notch, 30 minutes from Loon Mt and Cannon Mt Ski Resorts, and 20 minutes from Interstates 93 (NH) and 91 (VT). While the Cabin has significant parking space, during the winter non-AWD cars can also park at our farm at the base of the hill. IMPORTANT NOTE: Now that the COVID crisis is passing, we are once again able to host large parties and/or events, including weddings. Our process and pricing for events is slightly different, so all events must be approved in advance. Security Cameras: The Cabin does have a security system that includes cameras, but during rentals the 2 internal cameras (one in the kitchen and one in the pool room) are both disabled and covered.
