CIHAMPELAS HOMESTAY #3 NEAR CIWALK

Smart spending at Bandung for travellers. Very close to Cihampelas Walk,Baltos and X-Trans shuttle (3-6minutes walking distances) and also Parijs Van Java Mall (5-7 minutes driving distances). It is very easy also to find cafe and public transportation from our place. Also available pick up service (based on request) and insurance. Guest will have access to the entire house (living room&kitchen) but if rent only 1room or 2 rooms so the others will be locked. Our maid is available at request The space Very spacious one story, 3 bedroom. Carport for 1 car and 4 motorcycles. Comfortable for small or large families or groups of friends. Our house has 3 bedrooms with AC and 2 bathroom with hot water. The surrounding area is quiet because not may cars pass through the street in front of the house. The street in front of the house, about 700m long, can only be passed through by one car at a time. Gas and drinking water is complimentary. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house (living room and kitchen) but if rent only 1 room or 2 rooms so the others will be locked. During your stay The guests have the house to themselves during the stay with complete privacy. The maid will come for long-stay guests and cook if required. Guests will be greeted by one of our family member when they arrived and the house keys will be given. The person who give the keys will be glad to answer any questions that you might have and provide you with useful information to make your stay in Bandung comfortable. No host family will be living inside the house but they will be accessible by phone. You should contact our representative two hours before, if you want to check out earlier so you can return the keys to our representative. Otherwise, our representative will be ready at the house before the normal check out time. Other things to note Cleaning service is provided before and after every guest stay (Changing Linen / Towels etc). Our maid is available at request and tip directly to him. He lives next door to the house. International guest will be required to send scanned passport to our email after your reservation is confirmed.
