Our two houses are located in a privileged place on the route of the white villages with excellent views and total privacy, where you can enjoy tranquility and be in contact with nature in olvera . It is very close to Ronda, setų de las Bodegas, Ronda and Grazalema. The space These accommodations are located in a prime location between the provinces of Cádiz, Seville and Malaga on the route of the white villages of the Sierra de Cádiz and near the Ronda and Grazalema mountain range. Nestled on a 40000m2 plot with spectacular views of Olvera, two kilometers from the VIA VERDE, surrounded by olive trees, the quintessential cultivation of this area, 70 meters away is the Guadalporcun River where you can enjoy its breeze in summer , bathe, walk inside Del Rio with the children,listen to its waters throughout the day. We have a complex of two houses next to each other to one floor on one floor to facilitate people with reduced mobility, exclusive and unique decoration with capacity for up to 24 adults, total privacy in the complex with outdoor barbecue areas and independent parking,each of the houses is fenced. The two houses has a fully concrete 300m2 common area where you can develop outdoor activities for adults and children, WE HAVE A PLAYGROUND FOR the ENJOYMENT OF THE CHILDREN. Area with a large lawn pool, wonderful views, loungers, chilao area. Easy access to 100 meters from the road. El Prado rural accommodation: The maximum occupancy that allows this house in the three rooms are 9 adults , we also have a super comfortable sofa bed with a bed of 2m*1.40 cm where two people can sleep. The house has three very spacious rooms that adapt to the needs of each one( family with children,group of friends). First room has three beds two 1.05cm beds and the other 0.90cm bed. The second room has a 1.35 cm double bed and another 1.05 cm bed, The third room has a double bed measuring 1.50 cm with the possibility of putting an extra bed of 0.90 cm. All rooms include viscoelastic mattresses, TV, and heating, and air fans in the ceiling. The living room is very spacious with 45 m2 with fireplace with an air of 4500 refrigerators so you can eat coolers in summer ,three very comfortable sofas also we have super wide dining table of 1m*1.80 cm expandable to 3.60 cm for larger groups, has all kinds of amenities to make your stay more comfortable 32" flat TV, DVD Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher , oven, microwave, very large refrigerator plus freezer archer so you can put all kinds of food in when you come in large groups, toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. It also has a full bathroom with a super-large shower. garden area where is the pool of 9*5 which is fenced so you can control your children and terrace of 100m2 that communicates with the porch where we have a large barbecue. Private parking area. La Encina rural accommodation: This house is brand new finished in 2015, has a modern style and in turn is very cozy with a decoration taking care of all the details all brand new, capacity of the house up to 12 adults plus sofa bed of 2*1.40 for one person. The first room has a 1.50 cm double bed The second room is double with two beds 1.05 cm. The third room is triple with 1.35 cm bed and another 0.90 cm bed. The fourth room has two 1.35 cm double beds plus 1.05 single bed. All rooms have heating, air conditioning and viscoelastic mattresses. Another very important area that characterizes this house is its living room with 2*2,40 glass door that communicates with the terrace where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains when you are eating, it also has a modern fireplace with glass that heats the whole house and with adjustable temperature. In this living room we have three comfortable sofas,excellent 48"smart TV, DVD, extendable dining table up to 2.40 cm. The kitchen is new fully stocked with a silestone countertop, induction hob,dishwasher, microwave, and all kitchenware. Two bathrooms with a 1.20 shower tray adapted to a disabled and a heater. Outdoor area with a 50m2 terrace where the barbecue is located. Private parking area of 80m2. Viewpoint area of 200 m2 with spectacular views. Please let us know our guests the following details to keep in mind we do not provide towels on a personal level we only equip the bathrooms with a sink towel. Make bottled water and if the fireplaces are used we apply a flat fee of 50 euros weekend for taking all the firewood needed ( cost we have for the purchase of the firewood ). Informing our guests that this home has power limiters, and in the house an irresponsible use of energy, an additional fee will be applied, which will be paid when leaving the house.
