The casino overlooking the beach as well as its restaurant are close by. This is a family home and you immediately feel at ease from the different visitors who have already stayed there. Walkers and cyclists will enjoy the walk along the coast for several kilometers , along the various little coves ! Guest access the house is fully at your disposal as well as the enclosed garden which can have 3 cars. You have a sunny terrace and another always in the shade , very pleasant in case of high heat, a barbecue, a plancha, a ping pong table (snowshoes and balls provided), beach accessories for young and old. The rooms are very spacious and 3 each have a sink that is welcome when the whole family is together! Books and some board games are at your disposal, deckchairs, straw hats, umbrellas. Other things to note Our house has the advantage of being close to Royan-pontaillac beach as well as shops , restaurants , while being quiet. This allows guests, after stocking up on groceries at the nearby Super U drive, to permanently put their car down during their stay. A bus line serves the entire Royan coast, via Pontaillac, to the ocean beaches according to your desire, for about forty km. The zoo of La Palmyre , of European renown is accessible by these bus lines, about 30 to 40min (the stop is 100M from the villa)
