Kitchen is brand new fully equipped with filtered water for modern convience (dishwasher). Laundry unit is located on 2nd floor with inside the bathroom. Guest access Everything and everywhere except the basement and storage areas. Other things to note Wifi info is on the back of the router and the main door.
