The Hilly House, Private Boutique Accommodation

The Hilly House is a hillside property in the heart of the Whitehall district, surrounded by beautiful rural views. Very private. Outdoor baths for relaxing in peace, star gazing with a glass of wine or two. Our friendly and inquisitive llamas will come over to greet you, you can fine their pellets inside the house. There are many lovely walks nearby. Blue Springs in Putaruru, 40 mins. Sanctuary Mt Maungatautari, 35 mins and 10 mins from Lake Karapiro and Cambridge with amazing eateries. The space The Hilly House is completely separated from the main house with fully established trees separating the two properties, giving you and your guests complete privacy. Beautiful natural light streams through the panoramic glass creating a welcoming and relaxing space. The two rooms are on opposite sides of the house. One room is next to the lounge with the option to wake up to the view of the country side or has a bi-fold door for more privacy. The kitchen and dining area are a combined space, where guests can help themselves to a light breakfast, teas and coffee. The property is located between two working farms so on the odd occasion guests can enjoy the curious animals nosing up to graze along the fence line. Guest access At the entrance of the driveway guests will see a Hilly House Luxury Accommodation sign. Follow the Hilly House signs down a long driveway, the Hilly House is located on the left at the end of the driveway. Ample onsite parking. As this property is in the country guests will need their own car to get around. Self-check in is via a key in a lock box. You will be totally self-sufficient during your stay, however if you are needing anything the hosts are simply a phone call or text message away. Other things to note Light breakfast is provided- muesli, seasonal fruit, milk, juice, teas and coffees.
