House, 1920’s + parking. 4 rooms , 2 large double, ,1 en suite, 1 with a balcony, 2 Single rooms - 1 with balcony. All rooms share a kitchen area and all rooms have private allocated shower room plus 2 single rooms share a toilet. Restricted sea view from bay window. Sea 2 mins, + few mins to all amenities incl shops ,Cliffs Pavillion n Palace Theatres, Casino, cafes, Restaurants, Amusemts, Old Leigh, Gunners park, nat resv. On 4 +5 May 2022 porch painting. TAKE CARE ADULTS ONLY The space Close to both Westcliff and Chalkwell Stations. Just off seafront and close to all local amenities. For able bodied people Southend Town Centre, the bus station, Trains into London, Amusements, Pier, Old Leigh, Leigh Town Centre, Hamlet Court Road local shopping, Cliffs and Palace Theatres, miles of seafront with something for everyone. Paddle boarding and Sailing centres, Chalkwell Park and so much more eg sealife Centre, museums , galleries and planetarium are all within walking distance. For the less able, buses run past the house and buses and trains into london and southend can be taken from Chalkwell or Westcliff stations which are approx 10 mins walk ADULTS ONLY. NO ANIMALS Guest access Driveway parking for 3 cars - first come first served. Ample Road parking for most of the year. Occasional parades, road works etc can affect parking rarely. During your stay I am available for questions by mail, text or phone. Other things to note OVER 35’s preferred please. Neighbours are elderly, so please be respectful and considerate on the premises and in the vicinity. This is the quiet end of the seafront and guests here want a relaxing calm and quiet stay as they may be working in the area. For those wanting more excitement there is an enormous amount just a short distance away Prefer over 35, quiet and clean unless working locally or with excellent reviews. If you aren’t older please feel free to ask, and depending on age group of other guests I will consider younger. No young children or pets, and completely no smoking No outdoor shoes on carpets. Remove outdoor shoes, overalls, wet or dirty clothes in the entrance hall and bring indoor shoes and slippers. A quiet house where my family may also be staying, or other working guests, so no use of Washing Machine before 7 am and cycles to finish before 11pm.
