Set between two working farms, with views to Tennyson Down and the Solent you will find yourself surrounded by natural beauty and breathtaking views. The farmhouse has 10 bedrooms: 6 doubles, 1 triple, 1 twin, 1 family room with a double and twin and 1 nursery with cot and put up single. There is also 4 sofa beds. The space Tapnell Manor has modern comforts with the rustic charm of an old farmhouse. The manor offers a variety of rooms for guests to enjoy. A lively games room provides entertainment for the more active, while cozy open fires in the reception and drawing rooms create a warm, inviting atmosphere for relaxation. With 10 thoughtfully designed bedrooms, Tapnell Manor accommodates 22 + 4 guests and has 8 bathrooms: 5 Double rooms – 2 with Ensuite 2 Twin or / double rooms – 1 with Ensuite 1 Twin Room with a pull-out trundle 1 Family Room (double bed and twin bed) – with Ensuite 1 Nursery with a single bed and pull-out trundle. (Please let us know when booking if any trundle beds are needed, these are at an additional cost) Additional sleeping arrangements include 4 sofa beds: one in the lounge, one in a double room, one on a second-floor landing, and one in a downstairs walkway next to the wet room. There are 4 bathrooms conveniently located throughout. The welcoming kitchen features a traditional Aga, as well as modern appliances including a range oven, microwave, two dishwashers, washing machine, tumble dryer, larder fridge, larder freezer, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The relaxed eating area is perfect for casual dining. Guests can also enjoy meals in the beautifully beamed dining room or the light-filled conservatory, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Enjoy al fresco dining with the large charcoal BBQ and plenty of seating on the patio to relax and unwind in the evening.
