Our apartment was newly built in 2016. It is located on the 2nd floor. Accessible via an external staircase. A fireplace conjures cozy warmth in the cozy living and open kitchen area during the cold season. This includes an oven with ceramic stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and much more. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower. Both bedrooms have wardrobes and dressers. The heat is regulated by underfloor heating. The space - In summer, relax on cozy garden furniture or in a beach chair on the large roof terrace. - In winter, relax by the romantic, blazing fireplace in the living area.
