Self-contained flat in Bushy Byron Hinterland home

Freshly painted, fully self contained apartment downstairs in my character filled, queenslander home. We live on an intentional community of 7 families, surrounded by 120 glorious bushy acres, 25 minutes to Bryon Bay, 15 mins to mullumbimby & 30 mins to lismore. Close to Goonengerry nat park, Crystal Castle & Minyon Falls. We have a pristine creek & rainforest ,so expect wildlife, birds and creatures great and small. My place is for those who love nature, the quiet,a rustic feel, & bushwalking. The space If you love being woken up by bird song and the wild open spaces, you will love it here. We live very close to the National park and Nature, so there are lots of bird life, walabies, bandicoots, lizards and other creatures. My little apartment is simple but clean, and provides all you need. It is not 5 star and as such is priced to be affordable, but has all the mod cons. Those who want an experience in nature and love the bush, rather than the suburbs will love it here.'The space is clean and fresh and very peaceful. Its ideal for folks who want to retreat to the peace of the hills with no sounds of cars or noisy neighbours (except us upstairs!). My 11 year old son Sam, and I live upstairs , however, we are mindful when we have guests. We are close to the Goonengerry National park and Minyon falls, if you like bush walking, and the crystal castle. We also have a pristine creek on our property which is lovely to sit beside and paddle in. We have guinea pigs, lots of chickens and a proud rooster. ALthough my place is clean, we do live close to the bush, so you might encounter a spider, a bug or maybe a small marsupial mouse. We do our best to keep the creatures at bay, but sometimes they find their way inside. We are greenies, so try to live somewhat sustainably- recycling, compost toilet, solar system and Hotwater. We are in an environmentally sensitive area, and also no cats or dogs or flushing is allowed here. IF you have extra people, I can put an extra mattress on the floor for you. When its been raining it can be a little wet and muddy outside- so dont bring your high heals! If you want manicured lawns & a sterile environment, then my place is not for you. Mine is for the adventurous and wild at heart, who appreciate an alternative lifestyle, but with comfort, wifi and all the mod-cons! Guest access You will have access to the downstairs part of the house with your own entrance.Car parking is available and its a short walk to the flat. Other things to note Compost toilet- clean and non smelly. Solar Hot water which can take a little while to come through. As much as we try to keep the bugs at bay, you might meet a sprider and even a cockroach. Not many mozi's though which is a relief.
