Suite 501 is a luxury one-bedroom apartment in the Zimbali Suites. A stylishly designed open-plan kitchen and dining room leads into a comfortable lounge area and opens onto a balcony with gorgeous ocean views. *NB: To access the estate facilities, such as Valley of Pools and Zimbali beach, Suites guests must make use of the free shuttle service that runs hourly starting from 8h30am - 3h30pm. Latest pick-up time from Valley of Pools is 4h30pm. The space The Suites is part of the Zimbali Coastal Resort, one of Ballito’s most prestigious assets. The magnificent 700-hectare residential resort rests on a pristine golf course that maximizes the natural landscape. It has been described as “an enthralling journey through 18 holes” with an even dose of both challenge and charm. The Zimbali Coastal Resort is a place where miles of deserted beaches divide the warm Indian Ocean and the lush coastal vegetation. A place where you can observe schools of dolphins in the waves and whale sharks as well. A place to enjoy bird watching while encountering over 200 species of birds, and indigenous wild life with shy blue Duiker and families of Bushbuck wandering through. Guest access Same day check-ins need to be confirmed before 9.30AM otherwise cannot be accepted. NO children are allowed in Suite 501. Only guests 18 years and older are allowed in this unit. And guests are not allowed to sleep on the couch. Transgression of this policy will result in a fine. Maximum guests this Suite can accommodate: 2 adults over the age of 18. Guests at The Zimbali Suites have access to the below via the shuttle service: - Zimbali Suites pool and garden area - Zimbali Championship 18 Hole Golf Course - booking essential - 3km stretch of private beach by showing your gate access card to security - Bushbuck Club restaurant, tennis court, kiddies gym, cricket pitch and pool - Running trails and more (Please note that some facilities/activities come at an additional cost which must be arranged and paid once within the estate). The Golf Course can be accessed by car. All other amenities can be accessed by foot. Please also note that there is no lifeguard on site or at the private beach. Other popular beaches in the area include Salmon Bay and Clarke Bay. Other things to note DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R400 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R5,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R2,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests. While the security deposit / damage waiver fee will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the JBL verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking. LOADSHEDDING To assist during loadshedding if this should occur during your stay, this property has a generator that automatically kicks in when the power goes out. You're welcome to bring your own mobile backup power to assist you further. You'll be notified prior to check-in of the loadshedding schedule should there be any that occur during your stay so that you can plan around it accordingly.
