Beautiful house, spacious and bright, designed and built taking care of all the details. Set of eight townhouses located in a privileged viewpoint, above Els Munts de Torredembarra, with magnificent views of the ocean and the marina. The space The house is spacious, comfortable and comfortable. Open and bright spaces. It does not have air conditioning but there are fans. The dining room is located on the ground floor, it is very spacious and the wooden staircase with the ox-eye window create a seafaring atmosphere very suitable for the environment. The sofas are spacious and comfortable. The house has a TV and a music device. Glass table seats up to eight diners. The private terrace overlooking the garden is large and also has a table, chairs and barbecue. The spacious and bright kitchen that is located next to the entrance on the ground floor, is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware. From the kitchen you can access the laundry room where there is a washing machine and clothesline area. The lounge leads to the first floor where there are three rooms. One room is the main wedding room, with office, en-suite bathroom, ocean view, and fireplace. There are two more single rooms that are equal in shape and size, with wide beds, built-in closets, views of the back garden, and sharing a full bathroom. Both bathrooms have very nice ashlight. The lounge leads to the parking lot and the basement of the house. In the basement there are two more rooms with natural light through an accessible English courtyard. These rooms are comfortable and very cool in summer. In one room there is one queen bed and in the other two single beds. Both rooms are equipped with space to store clothes, night table, lamps and general light. Both have access to the open English patio, with natural light and stone lined wall. These two guest guest rooms share a full bathroom located on this same floor. From the basement floor you can directly access the parking lot with three spots available to the guests. In the parking lot and inside the space of the house, bicycles and other sports equipment can be stored. Guest access This is a townhouse in a community of eight houses in total. The community shares a garden, swimming pool, and sports facilities (squash). Our guests can make use of all these facilities in a respectful manner by observing community usage rules. Other things to note The house does not have air conditioning.
