Peaceful 40 m2 house for 2 people and 1 baby, facing the Pyrenees, with a private SPA available 24 hours a day all year round. Massages on request. 5 min away: pharmacy, small supermarket, butcher, pizza vending machine. 12 min from Tarbes, 30 min from the Bagnères-de-Bigorre thermal baths, 40 min from Lourdes, 1 hour from the Payolle, La Mongie, and St Lary ski resorts, 1 hour 15 minutes from Spain (Bossost), and 10 min from the A64. Just a 4-minute drive away, you have Lake Arrêt-Darré with a restaurant/open-air café and a tree climbing park. The space The accommodation is suitable only for a maximum of 2 people and 1 baby (umbrella bed with mattress and sheet provided) A room composed of a fixed sofa, 1 TV, 1 dining table, 2 chairs, 1 baby high chair, 1 kitchenette with dishes, 1 fridge/freezer, 1 microwave, 1 mini oven, 1 hob, 1 Dolce Gusto coffee machine with 2/4 capsules offered for arrival, 1 kettle with teas/herbal teas available, 1 toaster, 1 fondue machine, basic condiments (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...) 2 tea towels (Dishwashing liquid, liquid soaps and cleaning products provided) a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, comfortable memory foam, 2 goose feather pillows (in case of allergy, inform us in order to replace them) bed linen and shower mat provided, TOILET TOWELS NOT PROVIDED, a bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and finally an outdoor terrace with awning, 1 table and 2 benches, 1 barbecue, 2 deckchairs and 1 private HOT TUB 24 hours a day for travelers over 16 years old available all year round, without neighbors. The RBNB accommodation is not a hotel, the 10 euros cleaning fee included is to carry out an enhanced cleaning after your departure and for the cleaning of the bed linen, for this reason, utensils and cleaning products are made available to you in order to leave the accommodation in a proper state of cleanliness before your departure. That is, dishes washed, wiped and put away, microwave, mini oven, fridge, sink, sinks, toilet bowl cleaned, wiped indoor and outdoor tables, and the sofa cover shaken. All in the spirit of knowing how to live. On the other hand, we do the selective sorting, a yellow bin is available for paper, cartons and cans and a bin for the glass by the gate. Washing machine is available for free from 6 nights ( laundry detergent not provided) REMINDER! IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the unit and in the HOT TUB. For hygiene and safety the SPA is not allowed for children under 16 years old. An entry and exit inventory will be carried out. For safety and tranquility, our friends pets are not allowed because it would be difficult to manage their cohabitation with our 2 dogs and our cat. Guest access We are on site to welcome guests. Starting at 6:00 p.m., guests cannot check in independently because there is no key box. Other things to note Reminder! Towels are not provided. Check-in at the accommodation from +/- 6 p.m. Check-out until 11am. The HOT TUB is not allowed for children under 16. There is a parking space for guests in front of the entrance gate, outside the property, for 1 vehicle only, next to our personal vehicles. For any additional vehicles, there is free parking 300 meters from the accommodation.
