The apartment is very bright and is composed of a large living room with a sofa bed for two, dining room, TV, open and very well equipped kitchen, a mezzanine with a double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub. The space Perfect for couples and families with children. The apartment is very sunny and quiet with unobstructed views of the slopes and fully equipped. The kitchen is functional and very well equipped: - raclette machine - microwave - toaster - vitro plate - dishwasher - Tassimo coffee machine - Nespresso Machine - Vacuum cleaner There is also a flat-screen TV, library, board games for all ages and 3 sleds at your disposal. Other things to note - There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment but the connection sharing works very well. - Bed linen and toiletries, the complete kit is for rent at the Valberg Laundry (see the photos of the listing). Provide cover: the room with the bunk beds are 90 x 200 and double mezzanine bed is 140 x 200. For the sofa bed, provide flat sheets in 140 x 200. We provide pillows and duvets. - The apartment is on the top floor under the roofs of the chalet, which is why it should be noted for people over 1.85 m that it is sloped in some places such as the bathroom and the mezzanine. - We recommend sleeping on the sofa bed rather than the mezzanine, which for some may be difficult to access (millers ladder and attic). The cleaning is not included and must be done (vacuum cleaner and equipment on site)! Dishes must be done, garbage emptied and the apartment tidied and cleaned upon departure. There are no garbage cans in the cottage. Garbage bags must be deposited in the garbage containers located in the large parking lot in front of the chalet. Ski boots are not allowed in the common areas (including children). Please remove them at the entrance. No object (stroller, shoes, skis, slippers, etc.) should be left on the landing of the common areas and must remain inside the apartment. Parties, events and receptions are prohibited in the apartment. It is not allowed to receive guests in the apartment other than the tenants listed. Parking near the Chalet is strictly forbidden. A private parking space is reserved for you in the parking lot of the condominium in front of the Chalet (if necessary a shovel to clear the place is available in the apartment). Also remember to lock the shutters to prevent them from slamming in case of wind in your absence. The apartment is located in a small condominium.
