Marvellous Hout Bay home- a perfect family getaway

Our house is located in the heart of Tierboskloof in Hout Bay, just 20-30 minutes away from the centre of Cape Town and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Hout Bay and Llandudno. You will find stunning, unobstructed mountain views. We hope you will have the same "home away from home" feeling that we have every time we are around. The space The house can easily accommodate 8 people, (perfectly suits 6 adults + children). It is family friendly, with a gated pool area, highchairs, baby cods, secured plugs and baby gates on request. We also provide a lot of toys and books to keep the youngest ones entertained. With a gas BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, DSTV, broadband Wifi & and a Nintendo Wii this home is a joy for couples and families alike. The house is absolutely secure. We have an alarm system, secured windows, outside beams and 24/7 armed response. During load shedding hours all essential parts of the house (eg. light, fridge..) will be powered by an inverter system. Cleaning once a week and gardening is included in the price. Other things to note Our house is located in a family friendly and quiet neighborhood. We kindly ask our guests to be considerate with the noise level after dark. Parties and events are strictly not allowed on the property.
