Private Room in a Spacious Westside Apartment

Private bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment. The room comes with a Queen bed and is complete with fresh sheets and towels. The room also has a desk for any guests who may want/need a private work space. Central location: 12 minutes to Venice Beach; 14 minutes from LAX; Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Downtown all about 20 minutes away. We have a very sweet 10yr old hound/lab so please be okay with pups. We’re also currently fostering a couple of little kittens. The space Large and open public space designed to be both comfortable and practical. Good sized private space with clean, comfortable bedding and towels provided. The bathroom is shared but is always kept extremely clean - and we wholeheartedly appreciate your efforts to keep it nice! Other things to note Home Truths... There are live plants in your room. We will, by all means possible, respect your privacy to the utmost however (and this is more for longer term bookings) from time to time we may have to come in to tend to the plants. LA plumbing is notoriously bad; this is also true for this building - under no circumstances should anything except for waste and toilet paper be flushed down the toilet. This also includes flushable wipes, make up wipes, feminine products, etc. (Nothing has ever happened in the apartment itself but it causes havoc elsewhere in the building). The plumbers can trace it back to this apartment and I have to pay for it; if a blockage is caused by failure to regard this information you will have to pay for the plumbing service. We have an 8 year old pup (he's in the pics) - he's extremely sweet and very gentle but he does bark quite loudly when people come in, sometimes even at me. He was trained to do this, and this alone, but it can be quite scary if you're not expecting it. If you made a booking for 1 person there will only be 1 person allowed to stay - by all means you're allowed guests/overnight guests (Covid sensitive please) but any guests staying more than 1 night will be charged to your booking at the nightly additional guest rate; if reservations with pets are accepted, there is an additional $25/night that will be added - as Airbnb don’t actually have a setting for this, it will be requested after the booking is confirmed - Please reach out to confirm whether it’s ok to bring your furry friend before booking. In the event of any potty accidents, there is also a cleaning fee of $100/incident - this is to cover costs for professional cleaning/damages; irreversible damage to property from pets will be charged at replacement cost price. This is a no-shoe home, please respect that and do not wear your shoes inside. It helps keep everything much cleaner inside!
