This fantastic home lies a mere block away from the gorgeous white sandy beach. You also get to enjoy a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. Perfect for quality family time, a friends’ getaway, or a romantic couples weekend. Enjoy the Gulf breeze while lying on a hammock or deckchair. Don't forget your sunscreen! The space This charming 3 bedroom home, just minutes from downtown Gulfport, is the vacation spot you've been looking for. Whether you want to try kite surfing, deep sea fishing, or just relax on the deck in the hammock- this is the perfect oasis for you. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful shiplap wall, walk in closet, and it’s own private bathroom. We have also stocked our home with books and board games. Please feel free to practice the take a book/ leave a book philosophy. This home also comes with a 900 sq foot deck and fenced backyard. Perfect for grilling and enjoying our beautiful weather. If the citrus trees are in bloom, feel free to help yourself to the fruit. The Gulf Coast is known for amazing seafood. If you want to cook your own you can buy it right off the boat in Pass Christian or just enjoy being served at one of the many restaurants nearby. We do stay here ourselves from time to time and enjoy cooking. We like to make sure that we have stocked the necessary pots, pans, and utensils to make a good meal. The shed in the back is locked and not part of the rental. Guests will also have access to a hose to rinse off dogs after a long day at the beach. Other things to note ***PLEASE READ ENTIRE LISTING DESCRIPTION AND RULES BEFORE REQUESTING A RESERVATION.*** We want to make sure that your stay meets your expectations... Like all properties on the “beach” side of the railroad tracks, you can hear a train. It does not bother most people. However, if you are a sensitive sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. I want everyone to have a good night's sleep while staying in our home. We have high speed wifi and Roku on every TV. We do not have traditional cable. Pets: We are pet friendly to well-behaved dogs. A non-refundable pet deposit of $10 per night per animal will be added after booking. Max 2 dogs over 30 lb or 3 dogs under 30 lb. If you have additional questions about the pet policy or for long term rental rates, please message me. If a pet is not disclosed prior to booking, we reserve the right to forfeit your security deposit. It gets very hot in the summer and dogs should not be left outside for extended periods. Please bring food/ water bowls and crates for inside if needed. You are also responsible for picking up any pet waste. Extra guests: Our home can comfortably fit 5-6 people. If you have over 6 guests we do charge an extra guest fee of $20 for each additional person per night.
