With a «touch» from Skyros island this apartment is decorated with a mixture of traditional and modern elements. 170m from the centre of the island it becomes ideal for families, couples and friends. Surrounded by a lovely garden, full of plants, flowers and a lemon tree, it is walking distance from cafes, bars and restaurants in the centre of Skyros. The space The apartment, it’s aura is open to anyone who values relaxation but also wants to be at a “ privileged” spot next to everything. More specifically, the apartment is next to a supermarket, a mini market, a football field, a playground,the bus and the taxi station, and last but not least an amazing Italian restaurant, called «Villagio». The yard is ideal for relaxing, working out, but also for kids to play, without parents worrying. The apartment has -as showed in the pictures-, a double bed, a plain couch and a couch that opens and becomes a semi double bed (ideal for small kids to sleep). Guest access Different beaches for diverse needs and tastes: -Molos and Magazia beach at 7 min driving - Aspous beach at 10 min driving - Kavos and Linaria Port at 20 min driving - Brook square at 15-20min walking - The Castle of Skyros with the breathtaking view (25-30 min walking) - Maritsa Skyros for superb brunches based on local products - Faltaits Museum at 15-20’ walking - several cafes,taverns and restaurants with great prices overall Other things to note My place is ideal not only during summer. All year around, there are different elements for my guests to appreciate. For example, the peacefulness and the climatic vibration of autumn’s and winter’s early rain or the subtle scent of the blooming lemon trees all around during spring time.
